Happy Birthday, America!

This year for 4th of July we headed over to David & Annie's house for their annual 4th of July Extravaganza. I don't think I have EVER met a family that loves 4th of July as much as they do! This was their first 4th of July party in their new home and it was a lot of fun. Uncle David even scored extra points and rented a bouncy house for the kids to enjoy!
The day was filled with food, cornhole, basketball, jumpy house fun and lots of hanging out with family and good friends.  In previous years, Madison has LOVED fireworks. However, this year we knew we would be exiting before the firework show because somewhere in between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 she lost her love for the sparkly gems that light the night sky. We learned this a few months ago when Steven and I used about 50% of our Angels tickets on "Big Bang Friday" which Madison prefers to enjoy watching from the parking lot instead...oh well, I'm sure she will be back to loving them again soon!
